Is egypt expensive??

i would love to live there one day how expensive is it to live there and were is a good place to live??

if u live here as a King lives u shall pay no more than 1,000 $/day

if u wanna enjoy the pretty scenes with no extra luxury u shall spend about 50 $/day and u'll get well entertained (i promise) :-)

P.S. : an example included within my sources for the menu of a wonderful restaurant (1 L.E. = 0.18 $ )

Depends what part of Egypt, different areas have different rates.

Now if you want to live in a tourist area such as sharm you will find it very expensive compared to Cairo though the wages are higher in Sharm to compensate. It's very cosmopolitan & a good place to live.

and my aunt live there she is not egyptian

Also, you should advise the life style you are looking at and that would help in relating it to money.

cairo , alexandria , sharm, elgouna , siwa , luxor , aswan , and alot  more

it is expensive for the Egyptians of a low salary.

if you are an Egyptian or a foreigner with a good income , it isnt expensive .

Maadi is a good place for foreigners bec there are many living there .

there is a sporting  club which you can join .
