The only British kings listed as Masons were George IV, George VI, Edward VII, and Edward VIII, and the only British Prime Ministers listed as Masons were Winston Churchill and John MacDonald.  Comparatively recent American Presidents who were also Masons include Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, and Gerald Ford.  Comspiracy theorists must be disappointed.  Joining a Lodge seems to have been more popular during the late Victorian era and the early 20th century.

No Prince Charles nor his father Prince Philip are Freemasons. But there are members of the Royal family who are members. Duke of Kent is Grand Master
