it seems so big and scary but that first drop.... ITS HUGE

the big rides are all scary. that is why people ride them. they are desigened to look scary too. when asking a Q like this you should include the park it is in so people can answer your Q. No one answered this because they did not know what park iot was in.

Yeah, the first drop is yucky if you're talking about the El Toro at 6 Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ..

That first drop is 176 feet with a top speed of 70 mph..

I definitely prefer getting my thrills from inversions rather then drops, but, that's just the way it is..

I just recently started riding rollercoasters and one of the first was El Toro. I get freaked out by rollercoasters too, but if you just close your eyes for just that first drop, you will be fine and remember to let it all out. SCREAM YOUR BUTT OFF!!
