    Not really, traffic is a flow of cars. A dance is a set of movements a person does.

    Electricity is the flow of electrons, and in the case of alternative current, the electrons are essentially coming back to where they were before 60 times a second, just "shaking" about.

    While there is matter involved, electricity is not about the matter, but about what that matter is doing.


  2. In the sense that an electric current is a flow of electrons, yes, electricity is matter. In the sense that an electric field surrounds a charged body, electricity is a force.
