Is electronics and telecommunication is good option for engineering....?

I mean to say few say only electronics and communication is a good option but not electronic and telecommunication...is it so....do help.....

I think this is also good only. Many people go to jobs which are not very much in their line of study. Then how does this difference matter. Only a BE degree with good percentage makes difference, will fetch you job.

I think they hardly make any difference...they are very similar..but my sincere advise is...study electronics if you are interested in fields related to it. But if its software in your mind, try taking up computer science if you can.

Sure. Both ECE AND ETCE Are a bit same. And to be brief Electronics is one field which is growing far faster than IT. And there wont be any decline in it as there is in IT. As u know Telecommunication is the backbone of any country U will have many many oppurtunities in it. It is the best course to be chose from Engg

electronics and communication is a superb combination of engineering degrees because u can get two degrees in the cost and time  of one. Moreover u can apply for both engineering jobs i.e electronics and communication,hence the job opportunities are greater than other degrees...... good luck
