Is emancipation or getting emacipated a good idea?

my friend wants to get emancipated shes moving out of her house but im worry about her i believe her and her parents can work things out i dont think she can make it by herself outthere in the real wrld her an her mom have always been goodfriends but now they dont get along sometimes she doesnt barely come home now. but what goes on in an emancipation is it a long procces how long does it take btw shes only 15

Many kids think emancipation is the answer to their problems until they find out what they need to do to get it. You must hire an attorney, prove you have a job that will support yourself and afford a dwelling (by yourself, not with a friend). Then, the parents need to agree to it.
