Why do parent's get mad at their children when they are mad? Like my dad, when he is about to break some bad news to me, he can tell I'm mad So he tells me loudly, LISTEN.and he gets mad and tells me to straighten my face... Do parents have a right to be mad at their children when they are mad for whatever the reason may be?

I personally would try to make their day a little better, throw in an extra polite thank you, hello, good morning, etc. every now and then and hope it brightens their day... Many people don't realize that it's not the actions that we should pay attention to, but the intentions of their actions...
