  1. Yeah, its pretty secure, but honestly, it's really really limited in song selection.  They have very few well-known artists, and many "sound-like" artists, AKA artists that are somewhat undiscovered but have a similar sound to a popular artist.  I was not too satisfied.

    Hope this helps.

  2. From what I have read from other users this site appears to not be a safe site. The toolbar according to one contains a trojan, several others have said they continue to charge users after canceling or don't give refunds. Read the comments in the link below.

  3. While you may see that they say " It is a very secure site" I barely trust them.

    1. They are somewhat 3rd party. By somewhat I mean, it's not like iTunes, or Rhapsody for example.

    2. There have been reported casings of emusic being a trojan hotspot, where the toolbars contain trojans.

    3. It's nothing like iTunes, its music library is very small compared to major stores. If you have an iPod, I suggest get free music, or either pay at iTunes. If you don't have an iPod, I suggest Rhapsody, or Napster, I believe they are both DRM-free (good), oherwise, download free music.

In conclusion, I DO NOT advise you to use emusic. If you must pay use a reliable music store like iTunes or Rhapsody/Napster. Hope this helps.
