  1. Sure; just kill everyone off. If there are no humans, there will be no hungry humans.

    Failing that, you at least have to get rid of enough people so that we are below the long term carrying capacity of the Earth. Right now, there are more people than the Earth can support sustainably, and the number is still growing. As long as that is true, the answer is no.

    If we do get the world population low enough, then, in theory, it is possible, but whether it is practical (given human nature and human values) or even desirable is less clear.
