  1. English cities are turning into crime ridden Asian toilets.

  2. Indeed, it is in many ways.

I don't live there, I live in Cornwall, which is almost in as bad a state as England is.

The problems I can imagine that you've heard are high prices, huge taxes and violence.

the violence is a problem in the outskirts and dead centre of the largest cities but doesn't realy spill out from there.

The tax and petrol prices are horrendous though.

All the countries in the UK have good points far outweighing the bad though and they are also immensely stunning and cultural.

I've heard that the USA is violent, Full of stupid people and religious freaks. It's a common stereotype.

Do I believe it? Nope!  My better judgment allows me to give them benefit of the doubt and experience the US myself before making any opinions of my own.

  3. Do tell then, if you're not trolling.

I've visited there and it's fine to me.

  4. DO YOU BELIEVE ALL YOU HEAR?

GREAT PLACE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE LONDON

  5. The short answer is no, if you have a bit of common sense you will be fine my son and me went to New York on holiday and some people thought we were going to be killed while we where there,(we live in Belfast NI) all we seen where nice help-full people. So emjoy your trip and stay safe.

  6. England is a country, not a city (or technically, the UK is the country and England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are now areas in that country).  If you're in a city or town and you don't like it, then just get the train or drive out into the countryside and hey presto, you're in a new place!

Cities have dodgy areas - Most cities do anywhere in the world.  I'm sure you know some yourself.  If you do, then you will also know that any city who has its dodgy areas also has its nice areas - the UK is much the same.

It's not a massive place, but it is fairly big.  If you went from Cornwall in the south west, up to somewhere like Newcastle (which is right up near the Scottish boarder), then it would probably take you at the very least 8 hours to drive it.

I can't think of many places in the world where you would drive for 8 hours and it is just horrible and dangerous for the whole time.  So no, England is not as bad as some people make out.

If you lived in a grotty area of somewhere like London, Manchester or Birmingham, then yes, it would be grotty, but if you visited the UK, there's no reason why you would even go to those areas.
