he wont be on their origanally but their is downladable content to keep rosters fresh

so after recent complaints of outdated rosters etc. the company who made SVR 09 has officially confirmed that content will be able to be downloaded to keep rosters and gimmiks up to date with whats happening with in the WWE

due to this Special events may also take place with whats going on with current storylines
