  1. All natural numbers even those carrying negative sign are positive.

A natural number can be an element of the set of positive integers or an element of the set of non-negative integers (including zero).  Since a natural number is from the set {0, 1, 2, 3, …}, therefore not every natural number is positive.  It could be zero, which is neither positive nor negative.
