  1. working out everyday if good for u

  2. NO KEEP UP

    AND GOOD LUCK

  3. you can overstress your body doing to much working out, have a break between each session. i say 3 times a week is plenty, at least you get 2 days plus 2 days on the weekend for your body to recover from the stress.

i think its been proven to be more successful as your body has the time to recover and make the cells needed for tissue growth.. i.e. muscles

  4. i think thats too much! remember if your 2 sore your pushing yourself too much!

  5. ir you mean weights the answer is yes it for sure is to much. four days if very good and alternating body  muscles, walking, sairmasters, swimming and so on are great as often as possible, or cardiovascular as well as watching your diet. i suggest go to a gym and pic there brains on the pretense that you may join.

  6. i do the same my frend.. but for only 1 and a half hour only a day...

its better if you know the dos and donts in work outs...

    consult your trainor

  7. Working out everyday is ok, just work out different parts of your body. Like today arms and core and tomorrow legs. Just dont do the same work out everyday, do some new workouts...

  8. i went from 9stone to 14 stone over 4 years (no fat lol)

    i worked out 2 times a day , 5days a week

cv in morning then lifting after work each for about hr each time

you need to rest let your heal

so all ways take weekends off and work out monday to friday

  9. Depends on what you are working out everyday?  If you are lifting weights and dividing up the body parts not really.   If you are lifting weights and doing a hard core full body workout everyday then that is not a good idea.  But you should find other forms of exercises.

Everyone should exercise everyday. Minimum of 30 minutes but best if you can get between 45 minutes ot an hour of exercise a day.  Also changing up between weight training and cardio is a great way to workout 7 days a week without getting bored or play your favorite sport.

As for  making a difference if you work out 3 times a week yes it will.  You won't be as healthy and you may get hurt easier because you will be a "weekend warrior" and over do it on the days you do work out.

  10. its ok as long as you aren't working the same muscles every day. your muscles need time to rest and heal from your workouts.

  11. its not too much necessarily but every other day will work if you stay consistent with it.

  12. It's not really too much, but working out every day without a day in between for your muscles to heal makes them appear smaller, rather than get larger at first, because the tears that occur in the muscles when you work out don't have time to heal and you get more tone than size.

  13. I wish i could work out everyday

    its good for you

but if you think its too much then skip a days sometimes

  14. I think 3 times a week is plenty.

  15. Never too much! If it feel good then do it>  You do need to give your body time to grow and re-cooperate. So taking a day or two off wouldn't hurt either.

  16. Working out everyday is too much for the simple fact that when you work out your muscles need time to heal and by working out everyday you're not allowing them to do that.

You should drop down to 3 times a week!

  17. No just dont over due it everyday

  18. Everyday is not too much, 3 times a week seems perfect. I think it really depends on what you are going for; if you want "the body" or want to lose weight then I suppose working out more would give you what you want. 3 times a week sounds good for just staying fit and healthy. :)

It all depends on what you feel comfortable with.

  19. no its actually good for you. especially if your working out for 30min a day and not pushing yourself.

  20. Exercising everyday is great!!!

  21. I don't think it is too much.  I mean, before all the modern conveniences of life were made we pretty much worked out every day...walked, ran, and now with solitary lifestyles working out every day is not too much.

  22. My boyfriend is a personal trainer. He says everyday is too much because you will burn yourself out.  The goal is to work fitness into your life not let it take over.

  23. if you do it everyday eventually you will strain urself, maybe you should do it 3-4 times a week

  24. Naw thats healthy.

  25. No working out every day is not too much, but it is better to work out for a longer amount of time every other day.

  26. Not at all. Humans are meant to move around every day. But, by today's health standards and with people's busy schedules, three times a week is also ideal. But yeah, working out every day is great, just don't completely exhaust yourself.

  27. Mate it really depends what you class as a workout...it is possible to be overtraining but at the same time if you are varying your workout daily there may be sufficient recovery times for certain muscle groups.

You really need to decide how many days a week you are willing to train then look for a training plan to match your training routine.

  28. Hey Martin B !!!

Actually 3 times a day is best for a work out & yes everyday is way 2 much for U're body.

U're body needs time 2 rest between each work out so that U're muscles can ajust.

U can work out everyday, but work different parts of U're body.

Like don't work on only U're arms & legs everyday, but

For example:  Work on U're arms, chest & abs on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays & then on Tuesday, Thursdays & Satuday work on other parts of U're body like U're legs, calf & upper legs.

As long as U don't ever do it & take short rest in between workouts, U should be okay.

I hope that give U an idea on how 2 work out okay.

Good Luck my friend & stay in shape.

    Chow;

    from U're pal;

    Yar

  29. Look at the military in what they do.

  30. its better to take a break of about 24 hours between weightlifting etc. this gives the muscles a chance to repair, which is how they get stronger
