  1. Tomatoes is only good in summertime.

  2. My tomatoes aren't doing very well. They are rotting fast and have other issues. This year has not been good for tomatoes.

We didn't have enough rain when we needed it.  This year just has not been good weather-wise.

I have many different varieties of tomatoes and over 100 tomato plants.

My grape tomatoes are the best though. They are super-sweet. The cherry tomatoes are also fine.

  3. I have blossom end rot on all of mine

  4. First the deer ate some of the buds.

Then the rain has been unbelievable.

  5. I work for the Arizona extension office and yes, we are getting a lot of calls about flowering tomato plants that don't grow fruit, fruit that goes bad and tomatoes that just aren't thriving.

In my own garden it's the same thing.  I have about eight varieties growing in containers and only the Husky Cherry Reds are growing any fruit!  We have no explanation for it.  Three years ago we had more tomatoes than we knew what to do with them all.

  6. I don't know but my roma tomatoes did squat my large tomatoes had blossom end rot. On the other hand I planted 6 sweet 100's and they are still going at eight feet and each vine has produced 1000's of the small tomatoes and even in the 90 to 100 degree temps here in south Texas they are still going when all others have burn up.

  7. Too much rain!

  8. the amount of c**p in the water and global worming

  9. Blame Obama!!
