depends on what you want to buy.   also depends on where in the US you live.  (since some cities are much cheaper than others).

in general souveniers, food/drink is cheaper than the US

It is very expensive to go to any of those places, I paid $6 bucks for a small mashed potatoe at KFC in Bermuda. They make all their money from tourism. I'd rather buy stuff here in the U.S.
