im just wondering this coz i dont have time in the morning to excercise. i try to excercise like for 5 minutes to make the most of it coz i really dont have time so if i excercise at night, would it be the same ? please give me some tips or advice. it would be much appreciated. thanks.ps. I ( a girl ) need to have a tight stomach in like 4 weeks time so any recommendations would be great. thanks
