Question:

Is excersing at night as effective as excercising the the morning ?

im just wondering this coz i dont have time in the morning to excercise. i try to excercise like for 5 minutes to make the most of it coz i really dont have time so if i excercise at night, would it be the same ? please give me some tips or advice. it would be much appreciated. thanks.

ps. I ( a girl ) need to have a tight stomach in like 4 weeks time so any recommendations would be great. thanks

  1. Well if you cant do mornings then i'd say early afternoon/afternoon coz if you exercise at night that'll mess with your sleeping patterns & you wont sleep very well.

  2. It is as effective but you aren't supposed to exercise like 4 hours before bed, it messes with your sleep.  Try doing cruches on a ball or the "bean" http://www.bean.com/?UID=Y_TR_bean&s_kwc...

    I had a bean and it was working great till it popped, it has a lifetime warranty, just make sure you register it.

  4. My doctor says the best time to exercise is the time when you are most likely to do it.

  5. well, its not as effective but you shouldnt excercise right before you sleep because then it would wreck your sleeping pattern. Also, if you want to slim down then you basically have a good diet and good excercise routine. i guess excercising in the afternoon is better than night. at least its better then no excercise at all. make sure you drink lots of water and try the treadmill or sit ups which is best for a tight stomach. jump rope is also a good excercise technique.
