so, everyday... i do at least 45 min to an hour of intense exercise because im trying to lose 30 pounds in 4 or so months.
now, i also combine it with abs or pilates or yoga.
my typical workout is like.
treadmill -->10 min **burn 100 cal.
then cardio -->30-40 min **intense like billy blanks or denise austin...
then i do 10 min of abs or pilates at night..
i eat right and healthy.
i've lost eight pounds so far this month. but lately i haven't been losing as much weight as i wanted.
i totally cut out junk food//chicken//dairy out of my diet.
but i'm balancing it out with rice, fish, beans, veggies, fruits. and the occasional bread..am i doing something wrong? is exercising everyday the right way to go for weightloss? or is it a misconception?
i need to lose weight quick, so keep that in mind.
any advice or tips you can give me?
