I heard somebody say that it's good as a type of deep conditioner..

Is this true ?

[And I don't mean, like a product with Olive Oil in it, I mean, straight out of the bottle =P]

  1. yes

  2. Beware,

Under no circumstances should you be near sun when you do this. It can dry out your hair even more.

I assume you are only looking at this as a topical use, but it's also important to take this internally. Our body can not produce essential fatty acids and there for require us to take very often. Especially considering our body needs to replace our hair more often than other body parts.

But to answer your question it helps repair split ends, heals dandruff and makes your hair shiny and lustrous. Use about two Tbs and rub into your scalp, cover hair with plastic bag and leave in for about 30 minutes.

  3. ya it is good for your hair

  4. Actually if your hair is dry or damaged olive oil can help to moisturize your hair and make it smoother and silkier. Just make sure you rinse your hair really well.

  6. Extra Virgin Olive oil has been less processed than regular olive oil. Throw some on dry hair and put a cap on it. You can heat it up with your hair dryer once it's under a cap for further penetration into your hair shaft. Rinse in the shower and shampoo and condition as usual. Your hair will be shiny and silky!

  7. I used it, didn't see any difference, just took a long time to get it ALL outta my hair.

  8. i think regular oilive oil is healthier but u could use it anyway

im just saying the original kind has more nutrients so it will leave your hair shinier but you can still use extra virgin oilve oil if thats all you have.

    Good luck!

    much love!♥
