Is eyeliner nice for big eyes?

i have big(not huge) eyes will i look bad if i do eyeliner cause they say that eyliner will make them even bigger!

i have small eyes and i actually think they make mine look smaller lol... but i like the look of eyeliner, it makes your eyes stand out. and look more defined.

no i think eyeliner goes with most shapes of eyes and makes it look good :)
