  4. As of 2 pm Eastern Daylight Time, The National Hurricane Center is issuing Tropical Storm Warnings on Fay. The warning extends from Camaguey, Cuba to Guantanamo.

A Tropical Storm warning also remains in effect for the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Southeastern Bahamas and the entire coast of Haiti.

A Tropical Storm Warning means that Tropical Storm conditions are favorable within the next 24 hours within these areas.

Maximum sustained winds are currently 45 mph with some higher gusts.Strengthening is forecast during the next couple of days and Fay could be near Hurricane strength as it approaches Cuba by Sunday.

    I hope this helps.
