  1. Nadal has been beating him more in the important events so I would say Nadal is more unbeatable!

If you look at it this way Roddick has won against Nadal more times in a grand slam, and Monfils has beat Roddick more times, and Nadal has beat Monfils more times, and even Safin has beat Djokovic more times!

Federer is a great player, surely a legend, but when it comes down to clay he can't beat Nadal, and in hard court he always has tough matches against Roddick, Baghdatis, and Djokovic!

He is definitely the king of grass no doubt about it, and when it comes to grass he is unbeatable, and I don't think he can lose to anyone except for Nadal who seems to be doing great this year!

  2. I wouldn't say so. I have to agree with Vamos Rafa, though. Nadal does challenge Federer and leads their career head-to-heads 11-6. I have faith that he will defeat Federer in the final (since it's kinda obvious they'll both make it.)

  3. You clowns even putting Nadal in Federers league is a comedy within itself.  Nadals accomplishments in Tennis are not even close to Federers.  Wheres all of Nadals Grand Slams?  Oh, thats right he wins one grand slam a lot of times.  When Nadals tennis accomplishments match Federers, which will never happen, than answer this question with Nadal, but until than keep dreamin

  4. No he isnt Rafa leads the head to heads regardless of what surface its on something like 11-6 i think. Anyway its annoying when ppl say Roger is unbeatable, Nadal is the main person who can challenge him however Novak is getting their too. Also Roger has had many losses this year to players who arent even that good !!!! That being said he is still world #1 and the best in mens tennis until someone knocks him off his perch :) I hope Rafa wins wimbledon this year :P xxxxxxxx

  5. No.  Roger only has had one real competitor in his whole career, and that is Nadal.  Nadal's surface is clay, and Roger has gone out of his way to master the surface Nadal grew up on.  9 out of Nadal's 11 wins have come on clay, while Roger has beat Nadal 6-2 on all other surfaces, most of them being Grand Slams.  Pete Sampras was probably the most unbeatable men's player, having won so many grand slams against top-notch competition, including an exhibition match against Federer, 10 years after he retired of boredom.

I think you have to look to the women's game to find the most unbeatable player, Martina, Navratilova.  Throughout her career, she faced top-notch competition in Chris Evert, Billy Jean King, Hana Mandlikova, Steffi Graff, and could win on all surfaces.  The only man in the the last 40 years to win Grand Slams on all surfaces is Andre Agassi and he was far from unbeatable.

Besides single matches, Martina would play in doubles and mixed doubles, often in the same tournament.  She is the all-time record holder of Grand Slam titles with 31 (men or women).

  6. Nadal has beaten him several times over the years, so no he is not the most unbeatable opponent in tennis and before anyone says anything about Nadal and clay court he has beaten Federer on hard courts also.

    VAMOS RAFA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. yes he is
