Is feeling dizzy, headache, and feelis like vomiting normal signs of using an eyeglasses for a new one?

it's my 1st day of using this..my vision is 0.5 and 0.25..they say i can regain my good eyesight again, but how long do you think it will be? and please give me some tips so that i can regain my eyesight as soon as possible, btw, i'm a nearsighted person..

  1. The perscription you mention is very weak, I'm surprized they should cause any significant unpleasant effects. If you are nearsighted, the numbers should have a - sign in front, I assume you left it off. Occasionaly, the lab messes up and gets the glasses made wrong, so if the problems contunue, don't be affraid to go back and tell them to fix it.

    Note that just because you wear your glasses, does not necessarily mean someday your eyes will return to "normal" vision. The glasses compensate for errors in refraction, but they don't have the ability to cure nearsightedness.

    Other than getting a balanced diet, there isn't much you can do to make your vision better. Also, it is not necessary to stuff down inordinate quantities of carrots, although they have vitamins that help the ability of the retina so detect light, they don't cure or prevent refractive errors.
