  4. It is just a gimmick. When the opening bell rings, Festus' persona changes into a very focused competitor as compared to the aloof, absent-minded character he portrays. When the bell rings again signifying the end of the match, Festus returns to his "normal" self.

  5. Not in real life. But yes in the gimmick he plays. Festus was the imposter Kane so that shows he is really not slow in real life
