I placed an online order recently and was charged but the item has never been shipped. I have called the store and talked to people and been told over and over that "their manager would get back to me" about a refund but nothing has happened. I am afraid that they are just going to continuously ignore me. I am considering going to my credit union (it was charged to my debit card) and filing for fraudulent charges. Will doing this or at least threatening to do this help me get my money back, or are banks usually pretty lazy about actually helping their customers in this way?
