My mom is from the Phillipines, and her and all of her friends are nice.  I geuss it is because no matter how crappy our lives may be, our family will always be there for us.  and Lumpia is goooood food.

Persons attitude depends on how they were brought up... Every nationality has their own good and bad image as well as in manners. Filipinos are well known of their being so hospitable. I am a filipino myself, and i could say without a blink of my eye, that YES... Most of us are nice.
