Is first class mail faster than fedex for online orders?

I am placing an order online and I have a choice between first class mail and fedex ground (both for free). Which would be faster?

Fedex is always faster that First Class Mail.  If you go to their website you can find out exactly how long it will take via ground.  Not only is it quicker but it can also be tracked which is of great benefit especially if the item has value.  If I have a choice I always choose Fedex or UPS over the Postal Service.  It may cost a few dollars more but in my opinion it is always worth it.  Hope this helps:)

Faster and free is not always better. I do not know what you are ordering, but you should check with the websites' Return policy. If you receive your item and it's damaged it may not be insured.

That is why you have to pay most of the time;except on orders over a certain amount. Insurance is included with shipping/handling.
