Is flash flash revolution bad for your eyes?

I've been playing Same Dream for a while (second page of dance1) and then my surroundings were...morphing. Not radically, but it was like my screen was melting. I've stopped playing it obviously, but just in case I ever get an urge to play again, can someone tell me?

There's studies to support either side of this debate. We do know that staring at a computer all day is hard on your eyes, and I would think that watching graphics move across the screen is slightly better than looking at text, but not by much. Be sure you look away from the screen and focus on something in the distance every 15 minutes or so. You can also try these ergonomic exercises:
