Shisha is just as safe to smoke as anything else.  Shisha has molasses in it that have the same stuff thats in tobacco. The only difference is that the smoke in a hookah is unfiltered smoke compared to cigarettes which have filters in them (BUT YOU CAN GET A PIECE FOR THE HOOKAH TO FILTER IT).

Yes it is safe to smoke that. If you are in Turkey right now and want to try it, you should know that we call it Nargile not hookah. There are many "nargile cafes" in Ä°stanbul and other touristic places. The most popular one is the apple flavored tobacco. If you are a smoker, you will find it very light.

Shisha is the flavored jelly the tobacco is mixed with.

Hookah isnt necessarily healthy for you. Anything you smoke or put into your lungs isnt good for you, but the hookah is certainly better for you if you smoke anything. It doesnt have the harmful poisons of cigs and no real additives. Not much nicotine is in it either.
