Is flouride bad in drinking water?

how do you distill water for drinking? i have a water ozonator,works fantastic,is this more effective than distilled water?

  1. Fluoride in your water is not bad and it protects your teeth too.

    You might want to use filter for other sediments in the water.


  2. The water ozonator is good, but a water filter would distill the water better, and then you could use the ozonator :)

  3. The water we get in Glasgow is some of the best in the world so there is no need to distill it.

    Where I live our water has flouride in it. For the last 12 years I have been buying spring water that is delivered.  Of course if I go to a restaurant I will have tea or coffee and I don't bother about that amount of flouride.

    There is some speculation that bottled water is going to have flouride added to it, I am not happy about this.  I guess it comes down to personal choice and if you are bothered by the additives or not.  

    I have noticed on a few cancer forums that they advise not to drink water with flouride so check the link out.

  5. If you Google 'Scientific Facts on the Biological Effects of Fluorides', you will see how BAD it is for you and your family, and not all filters take it out.
