It automatically slides back and forth during s*x (like with masturbation). Normally if it's not back when the guy is erect, it'll go back when he goes into the woman, and slide up and down as he moves.

The f******n should be able to move back and forth easily and comfortably over the glans (p***s head), covering it completely and pulling back to expose it completely.

It doesn't matter if the f******n's already pulled back before s*x.  The act of entering during s*x will push the f******n back, exposing the glans as the p***s goes in and covering the glans a bit as the p***s goes out.
