I usually put my budgie outside for a few hours a day, but today it is raining so I didn't put him in his normal spot, I put him under my veranda instead. I just looked out to see if he is ok only to find that I have placed him to close to my Alvera plant and he has been eating it, PLEASE help or advise. Will this hurt him? What should I do? Thanks in advance.

  1. Do you mean Aloe Vera?  Aloe is nontoxic and at worst will cause only minor symptoms.  When in doubt about ANY potential toxins, consult with your Avian Vet.
