Depends on what kind of lizard it is, what kind of oil you use, and what you cook it with.  I like larger lizards, but crocadile and alligator commercially grown is much better ... try it cooked on a grill

it depends on your culture.  There are certain foods that are considered tasty in some cultures and disgusting in others.

it can be if you don't over cook it. you need to stick a meat thermometer in it, when it reaches  340 degrees its done.
