Is front flip into the pool safe?

the pool is 5 ft. and i really want to do a front flip. do you think its safe ? (there is no diving board) i've seen muscular 18 year olds do it in 5ft. and they're prefectly fine.

  3. It is definitely NOT SAFE! Even if there are trained lifeguards present, you should ALWAYS ENTER THE WATER FEET FIRST! The exceptions to this are if, you know how to dive and are diving into water of an appropriate depth, you are using a starting platform and have been taught how to properly enter from one, etc.
