Is funformobile.com really free? ?

There is a website called funformobile.com is there a charge for getting ringtones, screensavers and other stuff? Recently i went on the site and it said that the company might charge if you dont have texting but i have texting unlimited and web and it doesnt say theres a charge. so does anyone know about a charge?
