  2. Is praying only necessary when things go bad?

  3. I don't think it is wrong as long as you can control it to the amount of money you can afford to lose

  4. Its wrong by win or loose but it can help fill those holes or creat hole to fill

    and eazy comes eazy goes

  5. gambling is not "right or wrong," it just is.  You can do it if it pleases you and you can afford it, not wise to mortgage the house to do it.

  6. Gambling per se is not right or wrong.  It just is.  You do it every day when you cross a street, eat, or even breathe.  You choose to take part in an activity that has some element of risk to it.  How much risk will vary.

It can have good or bad results, and that's when people make a value judgment on the activity.  If you hit the lottery for $20 4 days out of seven, and you only spent a dollar a day on it, you'd say it was good.  If you spent $50 a day to get those winnings, you might say otherwise.

  7. Gambling, per se, is not wrong.. what you do to enable your gambling can be.. if you are taking food and shelter from your children, and or spouse, then, yes, it is, but, if it's an occasional thing, no, it's not.

  8. Gambling is fine if you dont have to steal and sell stuff in order to support it everytime you loose.

  9. It is wrong when you use money that was intended for the family.  You don´t win, and the family has nothing to eat.  If you have money to waste, then do as you like with it, but not to the disadvantage of others.

  10. Gambling should not be seen as a source of income to provide for yourself and the family nor should much needed money be used for gambling if there is no food on the table. This is where the wrong comes in. The sad bit when you visit casino's seeing elderly people gambling their pension away and in so many cases you can see that the person can not afford to be there.
