  1. No.

  2. You are lucky that it is only $4.10 in your area. It is $4.27 in my area. I don't think that there false promises are going to make any difference. Nothing can be done about this country, alas it is too far gone! Mr. John McCain is not going to make any difference. I suspect that the gas will continue its steady climb, and prepare and plan for it. We are suppose to be mind readers and know what is going to happen ten years down the road.

  3. Definitely not. The kind of fuel being used for cars is not recyclable. There is less and less of it now and la dee daa...

    It will only go up.

  4. Since the price of oil has dropped so will the price of gas.

  5. nope

there is a huge demand for crude oil, and they cant find as much as people are asking for

  6. No, gas will never go down more than .20 or .30 cents.  The oil companies KNOW we'll pay $4 for a gallon, why would they charge less?

At best, we can see the price stabilize for a while.

  7. Politicians aren't the answer. If you follow their economic info, you're going to be a retarded step behind the market and they're masters of irresponsibility and corruption. The only reasons it is a possibility is because the newsworthy analysts say so and the market headlines suggest investors dump popular commodity inflation hedges due to this is happening or that is happening. I bet if no one was hedging in the commodity market now, prices would be around $70-80/barrel. That's basically all the c**p the media spits out about supply and demand can actually do. If the US economy isn't worthless, like it is now, prices can go lower than what I said.

  8. I don't think the gas will get cheaper, but, in the long run, cars will become more feul efficient making every mile driven cheaper.  Maybe a cheap biofuel might be invented as well?  I really doubt that even the president of the US can do much to lower the gas prices-  The companies are making huge profits off oil, and the country has an "oil addiction" and can't stop buying.  There's no way to force a company to lower prices.  The best try would be to empty the federal oil reserve, but according to NPR that'll lower the prices by, at best, a couple of cents

  9. No, gas will continue to rise. It's now well over $10.00 per gallon in Europe. The more gas is lowered the more Americans drive and waste it so don't count on it coming down. I think it will level off at about $5.00 by mid 2009  if nothing major happens in the middle east or major natural disaster happens to cause a rise..

  10. We'll see how demand goes. It dropped by 10 percent in this country last month, which probably had something to do with the drop in oil prices (per barrel) this past week.

But with a commodity that changes from week to week, it's merely a guess what might be in store for us in 2009.

  11. According to many market analyst, the oil market has peaked.  It has already lost $15 this week.  Most think it will go down to as low as $70 a barrel in the New Year.  Personally, I think it will go down to $85 or $90 and hold steady.

  12. gas will be down to a buck ninety five by the end of the year.
