Is g*y marriage really back to being illegal in california again?

i don't really watch the news and i was just talking to a friend and she told em it was back to being illegal... and i just proposed to my girlfriend... so yeah... is it really illegal again?

It's still legal.

And really, if someone has a problem with same s*x marriage, my advice to them is not to marry someone of the same s*x.  After all, g*y people don't have a problem with marriage between a man and a woman.  If g*y people don't tell straight people what to do, why do straight people tell g*y people what to do?

Oh, it just doesn't make sense to me, but I guess being raised in Massachusetts makes for open-mindedness, and people aren't very accepting of open-minded thinking quite yet.

BTW, I'm straight, and believe g**s, straights, blacks, whites, EVERYONE should have equal rights.
