Is generation Y a bit up against it ?

I can't help but feeling.. x & y scrambled for decent jobs (x to a greater extent I am led to believe) and we miss out on the BB's retirement so maybe a handful of us will be getting to jobs due to experience when the BB's retire. However, won't they be more likely to just recruit the generatilon after us ?

So we kind of miss out.l..

I think that you need to concentrate more on your individual goals and dreams, rather than the conundrums of a generation.

X and Y will be fine.  They will find their groove and make their mark, when the opportunity arises and the time is right.  Previous generations have done it.  X and Y will too.

Meanwhile, you can personally set the standard of excellence for others of your generation to follow.
