  1. I bet you have eaten many GM food and havent noticed it.

Have you ever eaten seedless watermelons???

They are genetically modified. Any food that is supposed to have seeds and dont have been genetically modified.

While some may be harmful....there are some that seem not to be

  2. It is not safe, there are chances of   genetical disorders.

  3. Well, that is an opinion question, as although scientists think that it probably is, many people avoid them as they think that eating "real" food is better, or perhaps fear mutaions or complications in themselves. I however, think that GM food is very safe and efficient, although firstly i might be wrong and secondly, since many people don't want to eat it there will be a problem marketing it.

  4. i trust only made by God

  5. Most of us eat foods made from genetically modified plants everyday. Almost all wheat is genetically modified (spelt wheat is the main exception) so virtually anything made with flour is genetically modified.

You can't make generalized statements about GM foods. Genetic modification is making some modification at the DNA level. The question you need to ask is what difference this makes ... all organisms have DNA, so it is the compounds that the DNA encodes for that we should be looking at if we are worried about being "poisoned".

However, rather than the food itself, the thing I object to is that some companies can patent their "inventions" and "own" the raw materials for food and that they use heavy-handed legal tactics if "their" genes get into someone else's crops via cross-pollination. These are unjust acts and I would boycott those companies and their products for ethical reasons rather than nutritional ones.

By the way, seedless fruits like bananas can occur naturally as hybrids between tetraploid and diploid parent plants.

Also, the person who only eats what God made must be going very hungry because mankind has been "genetically modifying" plants and animals by selective breeding and hybridization for centuries.

  6. yah it is..cuz if its not, maybe ur dead now...got it? There are many products that we intake that are genetically modified without our knowledge.
