it completely depends who you ask.....universities even have geography in different departments.......either as a physical science or social.....natural is pretty much the same thing as physical

There are two branches, one is a physical science, like geology except that is is not concerned with what is under the surface, like plate tectinocs. The other is a social science since it deals with cultural, and national boundaries.
