  1. it's kinda tough.

  2. You run around with a toilet paper roll, what a weirdo.  Who do you pass the toilet paper roll to, your mom LOL.

  3. Obviously, you have never ran a real relay race before. And yes it is. It can be extremely difficult. Everything has to be precise, the timing, the trust between the team members, knowing when to start running before the person coming to you gets there. There is actually a science to it. Also, even with all the practice in the world, it can go wrong in a matter of seconds. Your question may seem funny, but you have no idea what you are talking about, sadly.

Do you really think the Russians would have won if that had not happened to the Jamacians and the USA? Get real.

  4. i'm thinking so! its just crazy this season

  5. Most things are harder than they look. The answer is yes.

  6. on a 4x100 it actually is pretty d**n hard, but these guys are in the ******* olympics though, this is their LIFE, we shouldnt have dropped it

  7. haha thats funny.!

  8. Doing anything at those high speeds is tricky.  That's why the nfl isn't simply populated by track guys at wide receiver.

  9. The fix is on. The Chinese greased the baton  :)

  10. i run track and when your the person trying to hand it off you'll feel every muscle in your body aching trying to reach far enough to get it into the next runners hand who is sprinting as fast as they can. as for the receiver, you never look back and just grasp the baton when its in your hand. and especially when your in the olympics and the pressures on with millions of people watching. yeah its harder than it looks

  11. When you are running that fast... everything is in a blur!

  12. Evidently it is as they both dropped the baton. It's something they will never live down.

  13. lol

  14. haha ya it is. the person giving the baton is running full speed and the person getting it has to match that speed (somewhat) before they get the baton. but you also have to remember the person in front isnt looking at the baton and its sometimes hard to sprint and pass a baton at the same time. the nerves of the olympics doesnt help either.

  15. Yeah it is
