Is getting a breast lift as invasive as getting a breast enlargement?

Any surgery is invasive.  But the fact that with a lift you aren't putting a foreign  substance into your body, would mean to me for it to be less invasive.

Yes it is the only diff thing is your not getting something put inside you... so the healing time is shorter for a breast lift.

I watched a show on Discover Health, and it looks like more since they actually cut away a keyhole shape in the breast, you are left with scarring, way more. Atleast with an enlargement they could hide the scar under the curve of the breast, right?
