Depends on how old the ice is. When it fell as snow on the glacier. If it was a long time ago, 200 to 2000 years ago it could be the purest thing you have ever put in your body. Such is the lesson of pollution.

No, no, no! The other poster is right. Millions of animals and birds have used it as a bathroom. There are also fumes and gases that have settled there like from fires. There are also germs! Did you know there are ice worms, too? They are toxic, too.
