  1. Storms occur naturally, of course.

But heat is the fuel of storms.  Adding more heat will cause more and stronger storms.

Attributing any one storm to global warming is dubious.  Saying global warming will cause more problems with storms is scientific fact.

  2. my climatology teacher says you cant prove global warming by an isolated occurence. it would have to be felt worldwide to be proof.

  3. Are Category 4 and 5 hurricanes increasing in number?

"... Furthermore, global warming cannot be cited as the cause of recent intense storms, such a Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Wilma, or Australia's Cyclone Larry and Cyclone Glenda."

  4. there is absolutely no proof of such a claim.

    personally, i think not .

23.000 people were killed at  Myanmar

other disasters have been Happening for a number of year related to climatic changes

recently In Chiapas ,and Tabasco in Mexico .more then a million people became homeless overnight with water coming up to their roofs ,because of rains from super evaporation from the forests, this had never happened before. Millions of animals died.

In India 3000 people died because of super storms .

.A few years ago in Europe 3500 people, died during a heat wave ,many of them in France .

Right now the average death toll annually is 150.000 due to Global warming

. these figures are already out of date and are expected to double soon.

In Northern China millions of people are running for their lives because regular dust storms so far have buried 900 villages under the sand and the whole of northern China is turning into a dessert.

The Sahara is growing by 7 kilometers a year all around the edges ,like a slow burning fire shriveling up their neighbors In the Kalahari huge rivers have dried up and thousand of species are gone due to their habitats disappearing .

The biggest changes are invisible at micro biotic levels species are becoming extinct ,others are multiplying ,

    Many more disasters will follow

  6. Global warming is all about long-term climate changes.  Detection of it's effect requires looking at trends over decades. So it's really not possible to see one (or two) mega-storms and say that's an effect of global warming.  There are still some areas of debate among climate scientists, and the effect on storms is one such area.

The basic premise though is that more heat in the atmosphere and ocean means more energy.  More energy, obviously, could result in more powerful storms.  But we'll really have to wait for more study and more long-term trend analysis before we can be certain.  None the less, we should be concerned at the possibility.

  7. It could be , I think global warming increase strength and numbers , but there was storm billions of year before and always will be on earth

  8. yes it the end of the world as we know it i found this video on you tube

  9. Yes, without question.  The melting of the polar ice caps means there is more liquid water to condense and cause such storms on a global level.  Plus warmer sea temperatures which cause water to evaporate and condense into cyclones and hurricanes faster than would be considered normal.  SO yes, yes, yes.

  10. Impossible to prove just like man made global warming is.

  11. ya know how you have a pot of water on the stove on low; and when you turn the heat up it gets more turbulent, because there's more energy going into it, and there's more convection...? see where i'm going with this?

  12. It certainly seems like it could be. When it comes to climatology and GW scientists look for trends over time. When it comes to cyclones they will look at the frequency and strength compared to previous years.

In any case my spider sense is going nuts on this one. I sure hope the big barons are tossing in their sleep at night because their greed is not a victimless crime.

We could have had clean cheap energy years ago if it were not for the greed of a few super wealthy men. Just read anything about Tesla and his financiers and you will understand clean cheap efficient technology has been around for much longer than you might have every imaged.

Like then the times have not changed because even in the beginnings of known alternative energies there was a calculated knowledge of a bigger buck to be made of the backs of other peoples suffering.

  13. just a heads up: global warming's a farse

  14. absolutely YES!
