  1. no it's not real. hundreds of scientists have proven it a fake...

  2. no it is not. it is a scare tactic.

  3. The question that really is being debated is whether man is affecting the rate of global warming.

The earth goes through cycles of heating and cooling ( remember the ice ages we all learned about ) but whether anything man has done is changing the rate of global warming is in doubt. Scientist have limited information to base their hypothesis on as we only have about 100 years of accurate climate data.

One of the items you rarely hear mentioned is that a single volcano can put many times the amount of "greenhouse gases" in the atmosphere than all the factories and power plants in the world.

If you want to know all that you can read literature from both sides of the argument and research the data they come up with. Many of the scientist in the "mankind causes global warming" camp are being funded by the UN and other organizations that are profoundly anti-capitalist and therefore want to increase the regulations on business.

  4. Most independent scientists agree that global warming is real.

  5. Yes. However, my SUV isn't causing it.

  6. Yes global warming is real. Evidence is that glaciers once swept as far south as Toronto. See Oak Ridges Moraine.

Global warming has been going on for centuries.

  7. it's real. the issue on global warming already exists several decades ago. its just that it is being sensationalized and used nowadays for personal, financial, political reasons.

  8. NO IT IS NOT!

  9. yes it is.

  10. it is real. It's happening all over our earth. Lets help earth and go green

  11. Global climate change is accepted as real by the majority of climate scientists, by respected universities in the U.S. and elsewhere, and by the 175 signatories to the Kyoto Protocol.

So far I've found over 50 sites providing information.  I'm still looking for sites -- I still find great sites all the time -- but they all support the body of evidence that human impacts have had a serious effect on our planet, with consequences that will remain with us for decades, perhaps centuries.

    That's pretty damned real.

  12. Not

  13. Yes.  Global Warming is real.
