  1. Yes it is responsible for world hunger, diseases spreading faster than usual, animals becoming extinct, rising sea levels, death because of heat stroke, and may more that I can't remember.

Sometimes people do exagerate it a bit but most of the really major stuff is true.

There is evidence all around us of the reasons and so on, and if you don't believe them you never will. I can't change that.

    Edit 1

Why am I getting the thumbs down? I'm only stating the facts.

  2. AGW is a manufactured crisis for several major political and economic reasons.

First to provide higher profits for energy companies. Looked at your bills lately?

Second to provide a reason why the worlds population needs to be drastically reduced. According to Limits to Growth in order for the race to survive we need to reduce the population to the same level it was in the year 1000. Are you going to cut your throat voluntarily or do you want Gore to do it for you.

Third to place in total control of the world those who through having the proper royal blood line are best suited to govern the world as they once did before the reformation.

So it can easily be seen that this is not an environmental issue at all, it is a political and religious issue instead and should be dealt with as such.

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamourous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.

  3. i dont believe we r taking it to seriously.i think it is something we should b taking more serioursly.its the planet we live on.we should take care of it.i mean pollution goes right into global warming.the gas that goes into our air and everything.

  4. depends on the day.

the flu is a biggie.......................nuclear war.......aids.......on and on..............

  5. It's a big threat to the survival to civilization rather than a threat to humanity as a whole.

If we see something like like post-Katrina New Orleans all over the world, governments will fall and chaos will consume the earth.

  6. Global warming is not a threat.  The belief in it is though.  The green activists use it as a tool that threatens our current way of life, freedom and choices.  It also threatens to bankrupt companies, countries and individuals with proposed taxes and penalties.

  7. Osama Bin Laden Is A Threat Celebs Take It Serious

  8. GOV!!!

  9. No, it's not even a distant second. Our biggest threat is Government control of our entire lives, which they'll do if the environmentalists have their way. It won't matter that the warming we experienced was due to a natural cycle, the environmentalists will try to convince the government that the human race caused it and that we'll continue to cause further warming if we aren't controlled.

  10. I don't buy into this whole AGW nonesense. In the long run warming would ultimately benefit mankind as well as most other life on our planet.

Ask any AGW proponent what is the ideal temperature for our wonderful planet. Most will probably say, the current one or maybe those in the recent past. None are even slightly open to the thought that warming might actually be good for life.

Earth's history though is clear. Warmer periods brought about the abundance of life.

Why won't they even consider this?

Could it be that they have an agenda? Only then could intelligent people ignore the obvious.

Environmentalists= Do not like the industrial revolution. Many are self-loathing and would rather save the whales, than helpless human beings.

Politicians= Love power, love a crisis, They will take away your rights to save you from imminent doom. Governments naturally gravitate toward controlling the governed. It's simple physics.

Scientists= They desire recognition, and funding, which is ultimately their livelihood. Without a crisis, the unprecedented ballooning funding pops, and many loose their jobs.

Industrialists/Big Oil= Well they don't care they'll always have the money to invest in the latest "popular"commodity.
