  1. OldTimeKid is right this time!  lol  I'm glad to see he has done his research!

Cherry juice provides relief by breaking up the uric acid crystals that irritate the joints.  I have always used Black Cherry Juice, about one ounce in the morning.  Others use just regular Cherry Juice, around 6-8 ounces a morning.  But you also have to change your diet, too!

But glucosamine will not get rid of gout if that is what you are asking.  Changing your diet will get rid of gout.  Cherry juice makes it happen quicker.

  2. Glucosamine is good for joint health in general... but for Uric Acid, Cherries are the best thing. Cherries naturally help to metabolize Uric Acid, and we have hundreds of customers that have used it very successfully for matters like Gout. Good luck!

  3. I used to have gout and had no trouble taking glucosamine sulfate. However, it didn't produce any miracles. I still have problems with my joints so, after taking it about 8 months, I quit taking it.
