This question is about my stomach, abs.
Right, my body at the moment looks a lot like this

But i want a stomach more like one of these

Is this hard work?
At the moment my diet is
CornFlakes
Apple
Small portion of couscous
Dinner
Should i change it? If so what to?
P.S i don't really want to loose weight, nor put any on!
Also I'm 16 years old
I'm joining a gym and i'm going to go 2-3 days a week and on saturday or sundays, sometimes both I'm going to go to a 15 minute abs workout.
