Is going from this to this hard work? !?

This question is about my stomach, abs.

Right, my body at the moment looks a lot like this

But i want a stomach more like one of these

Is this hard work?

At the moment my diet is

CornFlakes

Apple

Small portion of couscous

Dinner

Should i change it? If so what to?

P.S i don't really want to loose weight, nor put any on!

Also I'm 16 years old

I'm joining a gym and i'm going to go 2-3 days a week and on saturday or sundays, sometimes both I'm going to go to a 15 minute abs workout.

  1. your goal is reasonable but you are not approaching it in a correct way:

    -first of all, you are only 16 and you can cause serious damage to your body if you do not eat a proper diet with enough proteins, carbs, fiber, water, minerals and vitamins (the diet you wrote up there does not seem good at all)

    -then, you should minimize the intake of junk food, sodas, and sweets instead of starving

    -your exercise plan is pretty good

    -remember that you have a long period till summer to tone up so keep it steady and healthy

    P.S. I'm also 16 and I went on a diet like the one you are about to...I lost 4kg and I looked terribly...even worse I stopped getting my periods due to hormonal imbalance...soo PLEASE do not starve, just choose the right food and enjoy it!
