  1. stretch

then slowly get in and tread water

    it's nice!!!

  2. definitely. in fact, for longer runs, you should try to go to the pool if you have the chance.

    - but i suggest that you try to stretch you muscles before you go in. (bbtw, you should ALWAYS stretch after running)

    - and if you can, do pool workouts. not necessarily speed, but if you do speed, it's good for your lungs

    - just try to swim like 10 - 20 laps in a 25y pool. or 25 m.

    - or you can purchase sommething like the aqua jogger and "jog" around the pool for like 30 minutes to an hour. your feet shouldn't be touching the floor.

^ you should also to pool workouts when you're injured. its excellent for staying in decent shape when you can't run =)

  3. Yeah I totally agree with her   /\

  4. yes, but dont jump in the pool the second you get there because hitting cold water so fast when your really hot will s***w your muscles up
