Is going to 3d Imax presentation bad for your eyesight?

its just hard for your eyes to make one coherent  picture so your eyes get confused and you bget a headache, some people are good with 3D some aren't

A 3D movie will not harm your eyesight.  I personally avoid them because I usually end up with a nasty headache afterwards because my eyes and brain do not process the 3D effects correctly.  I usually see two slightly overlapping images during the 3D effects.
